Our duty to warn

A compliance tool that stays quiet when it should speak is worse than no tool at all, because it gives you false confidence. So we hold ourselves to a simple rule: we tell you what is regulated, and we never let a foreseeable gap silently harm you.

• Where your state publishes its own operator walkthrough form, we build to it, and we say so.
• Where a state has no published form, we build the walkthrough straight from the federal rule (40 CFR 280.36), and we never call that an official state form.
• Where a single detail is not yet verified by a domain expert, we flag it as pending verification rather than show it as settled fact.
• No flag does not mean you are safe. TankBinder helps you keep and produce records. You are still responsible for following your state and federal requirements, and we will always point you to the official source.

Who we are

TankBinder is a product of Tabb Labs LLC, a small software company. We build practical tools for the operators large compliance vendors overlook: the single-site owner, the two-store family business, the fleet yard, the school district, the generator site. The product is bilingual end to end, in English and Spanish, because the crews who keep the fuel flowing are too.
